1. When do I get my security deposit back?
The security deposit is automatically refunded 2 days after check-out unless we need to make a charge.
Depending on your bank it may take up to 10 working days for it to show up again in your account.
2. Why do I need to complete an online check-in within 48h?
Many platforms like AirBnB or Booking.com don't provide us with crucial booking details.
Since our property offers self check-in without a reception desk, we need this information in advance to ensure a seamless experience for you.
3. Do you provide towels, soap, etc.?
Yes, all basics such as bed linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, washing up liquid etc, are provided. See the "Overview of Amenities" above.
4. Why do I need to provide a photo ID and what do you do with it?
As we don't have a check-in desk to welcome you, we need another way to verify your identity. We do this through our online check-in form.
This is to protect us from fraud and we do not forward any of your personal information to third parties.
If you are uncomfortable with this, please get in touch and we can work something out.
5. Can I bring my cat/dog?
Generally we have a "no pets" policy. But get in touch an we might be able to make an exception.
